About Me
I’m an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Behavior Change Coach. Helping others embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle has always been my passion.
I’ve led group fitness classes at the YMCA (Coal Creek and Sammamish branches) and Mommy’s Fit Zone in Issaquah. During the pandemic, I discovered a real love for teaching small-group outdoor fitness classes—this passion evolved into The Plum Path Fitness, my personal fitness venture.
Originally from the UK, I’m a proud mom of three and have been attending group fitness classes since I was 16—everything from Boxercise and Step Aerobics to Circuit Training and Bums & Tums! My workouts blend full-body strength training with cardio, using varied formats to keep things fresh and fun. I love incorporating equipment like dumbbells, battle ropes, medicine balls, BOSUs, and steps. I also enjoy middle-distance running, and my family and I take part in Parkrun 5Ks every Saturday.
As a Behavior Change Coach, I’ll help you uncover your unique path to eating well, staying active, and making healthier choices for yourself and your family. I believe in sustainable lifestyle changes—not quick fixes—and I promote real nutrition over empty calories. Whatever program you join with me, I’ll support, guide, and equip you with the tools to take lasting steps toward a healthier life.
You can follow me on Facebook or Instagram for more tips, encouragement, and thoughts on wellness.
On days I’m not leading fitness classes, I work as a Spanish Tutor, Translator, and Middle School Substitute Teacher. I love coffee and spending time with my children!
