Form Refresher Session
This is a one-time, 1-on-1session (40-50 mins long) which will help you get more out of your classes at The Plum Path!
I will go over correct form for common exercises with you, making sure you are engaging the correct muscles and using the right breath work.
We can analyze what weights you should lift in class for different exercises (everybody has different strengths and weaknesses - even when it comes to body parts!).
Tell me more about any injuries/limitations, areas you'd like to work more on, and your fitness goals. I will put together a plan for alternative exercises, modifications, or progressions for exercises that you can do in class that work better for you, are more doable for you or so that you are challenged more!
Whether you want to get better at push-ups, work more on your core strength instead of cardio, need more challenging hamstring exercises, this session will be catered to your personal needs!
(Please note: while I do highlight which muscles to engage, and offer modifications/progressions during my group classes, in order to keep the classes flowing at a fast pace, having a separate session to do this in more detail is more helpful to me and to you!)
This session is recommended to all new participants after their trial class, and a requirement for beginners BEFORE their first workout.
