Nutrition and Healthy Eating Habits for Kids/Teens

In the 5-week virtual class for KIDS:

  • Learn about food groups

  • Put together a healthy plate

  • Have a cooking class

  • Learn about everyday foods vs. someday foods

  • Enjoy an end-of-course field trip

In the 5-week virtual class for TEENS learn about:

  • Positive body image

  • Social influences

  • Nutrition over calories

  • Everyday foods vs. sometimes foods

  • Food labels

  • Putting together a healthy meal

  • Staying healthy forever rather than quick-fix diets

Classes will be 40 minutes long.

Kids class is for 8-12-year-olds, teens class is for 12-16-year-olds
